**Filter changes are done at every visit but the filter itself is only included when the "Filters Included" option is chosen. Otherwise filters will have to be supplied by the owner/tenant or supplied by Controlled Comfort. If they are supplied by Controlled Comfort at the time of service, they will be billed separately. Additionally, the "Filters Included" is for units with 2 filters, units with 4 filters are not priced above, pricing on 4 filter systems can be provided upon request.
